Owned and operated by Maggie Hart, a South Carolina native and graduate of The College of Charleston, Southern Stitch Co. is rooted in Southern charm while looking ahead to the future of needlepoint. Maggie’s passion for design and eye for detail inspire a modern approach to a classic craft, with the goal of bringing a fresh perspective to the needlepoint community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and beyond.

 

Southern Stitch Co. primarily operates online, with a traveling presence throughout the Mount Pleasant area, allowing us to connect with stitchers both digitally and in person. Whether you’re discovering needlepoint for the first time or have been stitching for decades, our goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, inspiring, and approachable.
